The farm cottage has double glazing, central heating, linen and towels provided.  Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom - all having electric blankets and clock radios.  The bathroom has usual amenities including a 'loo with a view'.  On the ground floor a fully equipped dining kitchen with Aga-type cooker, microwave, fridge, food mixer etc.  Washing and ironing facilities are provided as is a deep freeze. The lounge has colour television, video, electric fire, an open fire can be provided in the winter months.  A further room for anyone wishing a quiet spot to read or write letters or can be used as a dining room if desired.

There is ample parking space. Garden to front and rear. Non-smokers preferred.
